ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE - Appointment of Part-time Non-official Director

Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed BSE that the Central Government vide Notification dated April 25, 2016 has appointed Ms. Mala Srivastava as Part-time Non-official Director on the Board of the Bank pursuant to sub-section 3(h) and (3-A) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/80 for a period of three years from the date of notification of her appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
