ORIENTAL CARBON & CHEMICALS LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting (Delisting of Equity Shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited)

Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on July 28, 2017, have considered and approved the delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited only in compliance with Regulation 6 (a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 and subsequent amendment thereto ("SEBI Delisting Regulations").<BR><BR>Since the equity shares of the Company would remain to be listed on stock exchange having nationwide trading terminals i.e., the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited, therefore no Exit Opportunity is required to be given to the shareholders of the Company as per the SEBI Delisting Regulations.
