Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that consequent to the Special Resolution passed by the members of the Company through Postal Ballot on April 27, 2022 and the approval of the Regional Director, Eastern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, dated June 09, 2021, for shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the State of West Bengal to the State of Gujarat, the Operational and Finance Committee of the Company (as authorized by the shareholders of the Company) has decided to shift the Registered Office of the Company to Plot No. 30-33, Survey No. 77, Nishant Park, Nana Kapaya, Mundra, Kachchh, Gujarat - 370415, with effect from June 21, 2022. We shall submit a copy of altered Memorandum of Association of the Company upon the receipt of the Certificate of Registration from the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
