This is in continuation to our intimation dated 29 May 2024 in connection with the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and OCCL Limited("Resulting Company" or "OCCL" and their respective shareholders and Creditors. We would like to inform you that, today i.e. 3 June 2024, the Company has received the certified copy of Order dated 27 May 2024 passed by the Hon''ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), allowed the appeal filed by the Company and has held that the Appointed date of the Scheme is the effective date as mentioned in the Scheme. A copy of the said Order is attached for your ready reference.
