Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Lokesh Chandra, Government Nominee Director of OMDC has ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. November 13, 2014 and Smt. Urvilla Khati, Joint Secretary, Ministry of steel is hereby nominated as Government Nominee Director of OMDC w.e.f. November 13, 2014 in place of Shri. Lokesh Chandra.
