Oudh Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in Companys securities shall remain closed from January 26, 2017 to February 08, 2017 (both days inclusive) due to the above, in terms of Clause 6(2) of the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct" framed by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
