With reference to the above-mentioned subject, we inform you that pursuant to the Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 regarding trading restriction period, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, KMP''s other Designated Persons/Employees and their immediate relative for the period from April 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on 31stMarch 2022.
