Organics Ltd.) at its meeting held on 03rd May, 2023, has approved the conversion of warrants into Equity shares pursuant to exercise of option attached to convertible warrants by the warrant holder & accordingly allotted 27,56,500 (Twenty-Seven Lakh Fifty-Six thousand and Five hundred) fully paid-up Equity shares of a face value of Rs. 10/- each to the following warrant holder, under non-Promoter category in the ratio of 1:1 i.e., One equity share for every one convertible warrant held.
