Further the Company has informed that, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the Company from August 28, 2014 to August 30, 2014 [both days inclusive] as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992 and to consider the following.<br/><br/>1.
