Pace E-Commerce Ventures Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2015 read with its Schedule B and in respect of Company''s Code of Conduct, the Trading Window of the Company, shall remain closed with effect from Monday, 01st April, 2024 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange for the half-year and Year ended 31st March, 2024.
