This is to inform you that pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI regulations 2015 the CIRP of PAE Limited corporate debtor has been initiated by virtue of Honarable NCLT Bench VI with effect from 22-04-2024 and the undersigned as IRP. subsequently in the 1st meeting held on 14.05.2024 the IRP was appointed as RP for the corporate debtor.
