This is to inform you that pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI regulations 2015 the CIRP of PAE Limited corporate debtor has been initiated by virtue of Honarable NCLT Bench VI with effect from 22.04.2024 and the undersigned as been appointed as IRP in the first COC meeting held on 14.05.2024 the IRP was appointed as RP for corporate debtor. In the 6th COC meeting held on 08.08.2024 the RP invited the prospective resolution applicants and thier resolution plans was negotiated . Thereafter in view of the negotiation ther PRA''s were requested to submit the Financial proposal by EOD Thrusday 15.05.2024, in order to achieve the intended objective of maximisation of value as per IBC 2016 for all stake holders, You are requested to take the same on record
