Palred Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that Palred Technologies Limited (the Company) has invested in Equity Shares of Palred Online Technologies Private Limited (POTPL) for acquisition of 74% of equity share capital, consequent to which POTPL is subsidiary of the Company.
