Palred Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 11, 2017, inter alia, has transacted the following: - Investment of Rs.30 Crores in Palred Online Technologies Private Limited (Subsidiary of Palred Technologies Limited) @ 62.23/- per share increasing its ownership to 79.10% in Subsidiary Company. The meeting commenced at 4.00 P.M and concluded at 5.40 PM.
