Palred Technologies Limited - Outcome of Board Meeting

Palred Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2015 have considered and approved investment of Rs. 15 crores in subsidiaries Companies in accordance with section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013 as detailed below:<BR><BR>1. A sum of Rs. 10 crores in Palred Online Technologies Private Limited @ 11.50/- per share increasing its ownership to 79%.<BR><BR>2. A sum of Rs. 5 crores in Palred Technology Services Private Limited @ Rs. 10/- per share increasing its ownership to 99.80%.
