PAN INDIA CORPORATION LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in securities of the company, the trading window for the trading in securities of company will remain closed from 01.04.2024 till the 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the quarter, half year and year ended on 31.03.2024. Further, the date of board meeting for the consideration of financial results for the quarter, half year and year ended on 31.03.2024 will be intimated in the due course.
