Panacea Biotec Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company had, on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, at its meeting held on July 17, 2015, inter alia, reappointed Mr. Sumit Jain as Whole-time Director designated as Director Operations & Projects of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. July 22, 2015.
