Panasonic Energy India Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2022, inter-alia<BR><BR>1. to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022; <BR>and<BR><BR>2. to recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares, for the year ended on March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>Moreover, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and the Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, & with reference to the letter dated March 29, 2022 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from March 31, 2022 to May 27, 2022 (both days inclusive).
