PANASONIC ENERGY INDIA COMPANY LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and the code of conduct of the company for prevention of Insider Trading, the closure of Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company will commence from July 1, 2024 and will remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the 1st Quarter and 3 Months ending on June 30, 2024.
