Paragon Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the trading Window shall be closed from May 19, 2015 to May 31, 2015 as per<BR>SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for approving and adopting the Audited Annual Financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 in the Board Meeting to be held on May 29, 2015.
