Parenteral Drugs India Ltd has informed BSE that the proposed resignation of Mr. Yogesh Khakre from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. March 01, 2014 has been approved by the management of the Company on March 18, 2014. Consequently he has ceased to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. March 01, 2014.
