With reference to our earlier intimation vide letter dated June 23, 2020, notice is hereby given that the Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on June 30, 2020 to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 has been postponed in view of the extension of time granted by SEBI vide circular dated June 24, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, the revised date of the Board Meeting will be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.<BR>
