Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into a transaction with M/s. Supertech Limited (Supertech), in terms of which the Company has transferred the development rights held by it in the Township Project at Sohna Road, Gurgaon (Project). The Company has also transferred its shareholding in M/s. Honey Builders Limited, with whom the Company has held joint development rights in the said Project, to Supertech.
