Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), this is to inform you the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today i.e. August 24, 2021, has appointed CS Ashok Tyagi (Membership No. FCS 2968 and C.P. No. 7322), Practising Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct Secretarial Audit for the Financial Year 2021-22.<BR>
