This is to inform you that the 30th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing ("VC")/ Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM") in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ('Act') and Rules framed thereunder and the Listing Regulations read with various Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA') and Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') in this regard. <BR> <BR> In Compliance with aforesaid Circulars, a Notice has been published in the Newspapers viz.
