This is to inform you that pursuant to the relevant provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives ('Code') adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company for the Insiders covered under the Code will remain closed from Sunday, January 1, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2022.
