PARSVNATH DEVELOPERS LTD. - Transfer Of Ocds And Settlement Of Dues Payable

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Parsvnath Developers Limited (Company) has transferred the 37,500 Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) of R. 1,00,000/- each, issued by the Fortune Assets Private Limited, held by it, to the Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) holders issued by its wholly owned subsidiary companies namely Jarul Promoters & Developers Private Limited and Parsvnath Reality Ventures Private Limited to settle the dues payable to such NCDs Holders and Company''s own loans.
