Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30, 33 and other applicable provisions of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e. November 12, 2020 has, inter alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2020. A copy of the aforesaid results, as reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, alongwith the Limited Review Reports thereon (Standalone & Consolidated) issued by M/s S. N. Dhawan & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company, are attached herewith as Annexure A, B and C respectively.<BR> <BR> The Board of Directors of the Company has accepted the resignation of M/s Adesh Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants who have expressed their unwillingness to perform the internal audit of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21.
