Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Mooting held on May 25, 2015, has appointed Mr. Mahendra Nath Verma as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from May 25, 2015 who shall hold office upto the date of next Annual general Meeting of the Company.
