Pasupati Acrylon Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code") adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from May 05, 2015 to May 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Promoters / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company for the aforesaid purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company on May 25, 2015. The concerned persons are being intimated about the same.
