Pasupati Acrylon Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed August 22, 2014 as the Cut-off Date for the purpose of e-voting for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the Business to be transacted at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 30, 2014.
