With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12th November, 2020, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Result along with Limited Review Report for the half year ended on 30th September, 2020 and to consider any other matter with the permission of Chair.<BR> <BR> Please further note that vide your circular dated 2nd April, 2019, we had informed the Trading Window Closure with immediate effect, in compliance with the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading. The 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results to the public.<BR> <BR>
