In terms of Regulation 57(5) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we hereby confirm that the company has not issued and have no Non-convertible preference shares, NCD''s, /Bonds or any other Non-convertible securities during the quarter ended 31st March , 2024. Therefore, the provision in terms of Regulation57 (5) of SEBI (LODR) is not applicable.
