PAUSHAK LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Company Secretary / Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, inter alia, approved the following: 1. Resignation of Ms. Manisha Saraf (ICSI Membership No. A20998) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from 31st March, 2023 (after the closure of business hours) on account of her movement within the group due to internal reorganisation. 2. Appointment of Mr. Sagar Gandhi (ICSI Membership No. A44519) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f 1st April, 2023. (also on account of movement within the group due to internal re-organisation). The details as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, are given in Annexure A to this letter.
