PBA Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has appointed two Independent Directors, CS Jacintha Castelino, (Woman) Independent Director and CA Bhagwati Prasad Mangal, Independent Director in the Board Meeting held on November 10, 2015 as per the requirements of Companies Act 2013.
