Further to our letter dated 11th July, 2022, we write to inform you that pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (referred to as the 'SEBI Listing Regulations'), the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, i.e. 21st July, 2022, has inter alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 and Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
