This is to inform you that in terms of the Company's 'Insider Trading Prohibition Code' under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Employees of the Company and their Immediate Relatives from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2023.
