Pearl Global Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held November 14, 2014, have re-appointed the following Whole-Time Directors:<br/><br/>1. Mrs. Shefali Seth, for a further period of three (3) years, w.e.f. January 19, 2015.<br/><br/>2. Mr. Vinod Vaish, for a further period of 1 year and 9 months, w.e.f. from January 19, 2015.
