M/s Phillipos & Co., Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued auditors' report with an unmodified opinion on the audited Standalone Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. This declaration is made pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the said Results including Balance sheet, Profit & Loss statement, Statement of Cash Flows for the year and statement of assets and liabilities along with the Auditors'' Report is enclosed herewith.
