We hereby inform you that Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on Friday, 15th September, 2023 has appointed Mr. Geenon John Lopes as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company with immediate effect pursuant to the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with its applicable rules and regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2015.
