The trading window for dealing in the shares of the company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the half year ending on 30th September, 2025. During this period of closure of Trading Window, all directors, Designated Persons, Insiders and their immediate relatives will not enter into any transaction involving the securities of the company.
