Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on November 03, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Peninsula Land Limited, the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any Insider covered under the said Code will be closed from October 23, 2014 to November 04, 2014 (both days inclusive).
