Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2015, have appointed Mr. Nandan A. Piramal as a Whole Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. October 26, 2015 and that Mr. Ajay Dua ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. October 26, 2015.
