Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, has Mr. Pradipta Mohapatra has been appointed as an Additional, Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. July 31, 2014. Further, Mr Amitabha Ghosh Independent Director has resigned from the Board of Directors and the committees thereof <br/>w.e.f. July 31, 2014.
