Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2014, inter alia, have recommended Dividend as detailed below:<br/><br/>- Rs. 0.50 per share on 5% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each.<br/><br/>- Rs. 0.40/- per share on Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
