Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2016, inter alia, has recommended dividend for the Financial Year 2015-2016 at the rate of 10% amounting to Re. 0.20/- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 2/- each.
