Pentamedia Graphics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2014 has appointed Mr. T. S. Srinivasan as Company Secretary a Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2014 and accepted the resignation of Mr. G. Swaminathan as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. September 15, 2014.
