Re-Appointment of Mr. V. Chandrasekaran as "Chairman and Managing Director" w.e.f. November 01, 2013 for a period of one year.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Mr. G. Swaminathan as "Company Secretary and Compliance Officer" w.e.f. December 01, 2013.<br/><br/>3. Resignation of Mrs. A. Menaka from the post of "Company Secretary" w.e.f. December 01, 2013.
