We have received intimation from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Datamatics Business Solutions Limited pertaining to loss/misplacement of share certificate and issue of Duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof. The said shares have been put on stop transfer by RTA. The duplicate share will be issued only after completion of necessary formalities.
