Pursuant to regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR, 2015, we have received the information from our Registrar and Share transfer Agent, Datamatics Business Solutions Limited pertaining to loss /misplacement of share certificate and issue of share certificate in lieu thereof, the said shares have been put on stop transfer by RTA.
